What a lovely find on Rothesay! Beautifully clean spacious room, hosts lovely, breakfast is excellent, would highly recommend. Been to many hotels with work and leisure and this is a gem of a place, stones throw from ferry terminal but very quiet location and good sound proof rooms, couldn't hear other guests which is unusual!

This was the only bar in Rothsay with outside seating looking over the water. The couple running it were friendly and welcoming. Lovely location.

Roy and Sarah are very friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast was very good.My wife and I were in the deluxe room and it was well worth it. Lots of room with a great balcony with an excellent view of the bay and beyond. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this lovely B and B to anyone.

Lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the stunning views of the Clyde. Owner extremely helpful and provided water for our dog as soon as we sat down. Small but very cosy bar area. Will definitely be back.
